1946

Laying the Foundations

Our founder, Dede Mustafa Bildi, who started his commercial activities in 1946 in a 30 m² workshop in Kayseri Kazancılar Bazaar with traditional copper processing techniques based on hand workmanship, laid the foundations of Bildi Metal with a production approach based on master craftsmanship.

1954

Expansion in Production Area

In 1954, a new 100 m² production area was moved to the Kayseri Coppersmiths' Bazaar and the production of copper kitchenware began.

1977

Establishment of Aluminum Casting Plant

In 1977, under the leadership of our second generation representative Ali Bildi, an aluminum casting rolling mill production facility was established on an area of 400 m². This investment increased the production capacity of our company and enabled it to gain an integrated structure with the industry.

2004

Institutionalization and New Generation Management

Our third generation representative Mustafa Bildi, who graduated from Eskişehir Osmangazi University Mechanical Engineering Department, started the institutionalization process of our company by establishing Bildi Machine Industry and Trade Ltd. in 2004. This step opened the doors to a new era in which we brought together our deep-rooted past with a modern engineering approach.

2006

Investment in the Furniture Industry

Our production processes for the furniture sub-industry were diversified with the powder coating line investment made in 2006. This investment has become a part of our goal of providing added value to our business partners by increasing our company's ability to serve different sectors.

2009

Transition to Surface Coating Technology

In 2009, the chrome-nickel coating line investment was completed, and the surface quality and durability standards of our products were brought to the highest level. With this investment, Bildi Metal further developed our advanced technology-based production capability and began to offer faster solutions to sector demands.

2018

Transition to Organized Industrial Zone and New Facility Investment

In 2018, we moved to our new production facility with a closed area of 1,500 m² in the Hacılar district of Kayseri Organized Industrial Zone. This strategic step not only increased our production capacity but also strengthened our technological infrastructure with the establishment of our Electrophoretic Lacquer Coating Facility.

2019

Technology-Focused Growth and Integrated Production Steps

In 2019, our production area was increased to 3,500 m² and our production capacity was significantly expanded with investments in a conveyorized powder coating line, pipe-profile and sheet metal laser cutting machine. In the same period, in line with our responsibility towards the environment and human health, a cabin system wood wet paint facility was put into operation; with the wood CNC processing investment, the foundations of the transition to an integrated production structure were laid.

2023

Sustainability Focused Solar Power Plant Investment

Our Bildi Solar Power Plant project, located in the Kalaba district of Nevşehir province, was implemented in 2023. Thanks to this investment, all of the energy used in our production processes is provided by solar energy; we strengthen our sustainable production approach by reducing our environmental impact.

2025

A New Era with Corporate Identity and Brand Transformation

As of 2025, as Bildi Metal, we have entered a comprehensive transformation process in order to carry not only our production power but also our corporate stance into the future. We aim to achieve a stronger, more recognizable and more sustainable structure by crowning our long-standing experience and technical know-how in the sector with our renewed corporate identity and brand. In this new period, we continue our efforts with determination to make our brand more visible and effective on a national scale by blending the production culture we have inherited from tradition with a contemporary management approach.
